"The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was large and very clean and comfy. The buffet breakfast was a very high standard, big range of food and delicious. They allowed me a late checkout which I was very grateful for and there is also a free airport transfer! Big pools overlooking the sea with lots of room to relax. I looked at a few different hotels and this was also very good value for money."

"Staff were outstanding, food in the restaurants was superb. The pool and leisure facilities were excellent - both to wind down after a day's work or if you were there for a holiday. The conference facilities are excellent and the service from the tech team couldn't have been better. The Kuwait Maritime Museum on site is definitely worth a visit"

"There was a problem with the electrics throughout our stay - a power cut on the second night and on 3 nights the lights came on in the bedroom randomly in the night. The bathroom was tatty - the hand held shower came off the wall and the wood at the side of the wardrobe was blistered and split from water damage"
