"A good well kept hotel, conveniently close to the airport (useful to catch early flight.) We didnt use the indoor pool or spa due to a short stay. It was within walking distance to the pedestrian street. Car park easily available."

"We arrived 15mins before 1500hrs to check-in but was asked to wait until 1500hrs. Just amazed at the inflexibility and the lack of good customer service. Other hotels would allow me to check-in earlier (15mins) as long as they have a room ready. I was annoyed at this poor customer service."
