"The location is very convenient. Elevators are available from the train platform to the hotel, and there are plenty of 24-hour restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff is friendly and responds to inquires promptly. I would be happy to stay here again when I visit Incheon next time."
"There is a lake of space for opening luggage and storing cosmetics. However, it is still acceptable for a short stay."
"The bathtub was very comfy and the room was just right for a restful evening. My first room was a shower room, but when I mentioned that I'd asked for a bathtub, they IMMEDIATELY moved me to a bathtub room on the 5th floor. Each floor seemed to have its own decor. Very interesting."

"The location is great. The bed is comfortable. Stayed 4n. Reception person was very helpful considering the language difference. Given a chance I would come back but I love to try other hotels too now I'm familiar with the area. Two blocks from the metro and the huge underground shopping area, restaurants are in abundance. No complaints."
"We we're given a room with two computers, looks like for guests that are in gaming the whole night so it literally occupied a lot of space in the room and so the room is dark or because of the wall paper shade. The electrical outlets were all worn out I guess comes with age of the hotel yet they need to upgrade."
