"The size of the room, the cleanliness and the location of the accommodation was outstanding. The staff were welcoming, helpful and kind. I liked the facility of the room (hairdryer, more than two towels, charger etc.)."
"The only thing I would emphasise is that the heating of the floor and the matress can not be adjusted manually. On the first night, the matress was too warm but it can be only my personal reference."
"The staff on the reception desk were friendly and helpful. I stayed in a top floor corner room and had brilliant views of the city. Bed was comfortable; I slept very well every night and it was nice to have a bathtub as well as a shower to soak in. The location of the hotel is very good. Buses on the main road outside City Hall will take you to Ulsan KTX train station in about an hour and also to Taehwagang station in the opposite direction. Ilsan Beach is probably just over an hour away as well by bus. There is a really nice coffee shop a few doors along from the hotel and a 7/11 convenience store on the corner if you need to buy snacks or top up your TMoney card. I enjoyed my short stay at Ashton and I would come back again if visiting Ulsan."

"Really nice view and the room was bright and clean, very spacious and comfy. There’s a swimming pool in the rooftop and few restaurants as well. There was always someone at the reception and the staff were kind."

"The hotel was nice and standard. We got what we paid for. The bathroom was very nice and so was the layout of the room. Would stay here again upon visiting Ulsan."
"We couldn't work out how to control (turn down or turn off) the floor heating. Our room was uncomfortably hot and we arrived late so by time this was a problem there was nobody to help on reception. The only solution was turning on the AC to counteract the heat. I'm still curious to know how it could have been turned off! Sadly a waste of energy but the problem wasn't the end of the world. Also, the bidet functions on the toilet didn't work which was a shame."
