"Everything. Kol (the owner and manager) has decades of experience and he is genuinely committed to excellent customer service. His team are all family members and all have a shared goal of making your stay feel like a home away from home. We couldn't have been made more welcome. Kol was so helpful over whats app and in person with recommendations and bookings plus being a lovely interesting person to talk to with a great sense of humour. The hotel is brand new, only opened this year and is spotless. Our rooms were poolside with high ceilings, huge beds and the biggest shower ive ever used. Breakfast was included and was delicious and prepared to order. He has two family members for tuk tuk services who collected us seamlessly from the bus terminal even though I had no idea which one we were arriving into! The hotel is super quiet and about a 20 minute walk into the centre or a dollar ride via Grab tuk tuk into town. Book here, you wont regret it."

"The hotel and staff were spectaular! Extremely aesthetically beautiful. The facilities and location were AMAZING!! Very clean, great facilities, and the pool was amazing. Great sunset views from my balcony! The location was perfect, really central and within walking distance to the main town. The room itself was beyond expectations! The room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was massive and very clean. The balcony was a great size for your morning coffee, view from the balcony was perfect. The breakfast every morning was delicious and nourishing. I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff were. They were so welcoming, helpful and really cared. The manager organised trips to Angkor Wat and nearby temples as well as pick up from the coach station and drop off at the airport. One of, if not the best, places I have ever stayed for the all-round value for money, location and staff. Highly recommend and would come back!"

"Everything 😭 breakfast was amazing, they have the western option and then cambodian dishes (pics below), they have free bikes, the staff is so nice and they make sure everything is comfortable. For example, i was struggling a bit at the pool beds and the lady saw it and brought me a pillow. On my second night, i got lost going back to the hotel and owner said that if that happened again, I was more than welcome to send him my location that he would come to pick me up. They go above and beyond for their guests"

"This Hotel is brand-new and our stay was absolutely amazing, far beyond our Expectations. Kol and his Family are running the Hotel all together, in a way, that you'll feel part of the family. They're such lovely people, very caring and super helpful with literally everything you need and whatever you ask for they'll help you with. The Hotel has just opened 2 months ago and you'll find a super clean, relaxing and charming atmosphere there. It's located in a quiet side street, not far from the center and there's a little market, some shops and a bakery in a walkable distance nearby, with everything you'll need. The breakfast is included and will be prepared to your choice, with some local and international options, all prepared with love and detail. "I almost never leave a review but now I had to. I have never in my life stayed at a more welcoming, helpfull and lovely hotel as this one. This was by far the best hotel in my whole 3 month trip in SEA. The owner and everyone else were the literal best. Made sure we had breakfast to go for our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat. Let us do late check out and even then still made sure we could shower in a room in the evening. You can feel the love this family has for their hotel and guests. No doubt that if I ever go back to Siem Reap that this is where I will stay again. And besides everything I said is this also such an insane clean hotel. Paradise in the amazing Siem Reap.
