"Clean and spacious room - we had a two bedroom apartment. Good facilities - nice swimming pool and very well maintained garden areas within the complex. It was very quiet and safe which felt like a nice retreat from the busy city. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The manager was very helpful. Getting around from the location was very easy using the ‘Grab’ app for tuktuks/taxis."
"We initially found it very hard to find as they’re doing some lobby renovations. The reception area wasn’t clearly marked. Our room also said ‘sofa bed’ on the booking for the lounge which turned out just to be a sofa (not a bed) which meant one of our family needed to get a another room. The manager took this feedback on board :)"
"The location is good. There are three shopping malls basically around the corner and the old town area can be reached easily by tuktuk."

"The breakfast beehoon soup and sweet potato buns were delicious. Lunch and dinner menu is good too, but can have even more vegetarian options. Location is very convenient and there is a safe and clean area to jog and exercise within the property itself. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, making our stay a very pleasant one."

"Sizeable rooms, comfortable. Laundry in room with easy drying on balcony. Air conditioning was great, easy to adjust. Staff were excellent. Good breakfast and restaurant meals."
"During our stay weather was windy and pool was shaded, we never used the pool. Located some distance from Riverside, many Tuktuk drivers didn't know it's location, fairly new. While there was a full kitchen it lacked any pots,pans, crockery and utensils."
