"The staff at Tiger Resort were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. The location is a little outside the main areas of Siem Reap, so you’ll likely need a tuk-tuk to get around. One issue we experienced was with the room key—another guest was able to open our room with their key while we were inside, which was quite concerning. Aside from that, the staff were great and did their best to be accommodating."

"It's a Japanese-owned hotel with a lovely Japanese manager. The homemade breakfast is delicious too."

"It's a little way from the city centre, but right next to the bus station, so it's extremely convenient if coming from Phnom Penh."

"There were no hangers in the room, the towel was dirty (but changed upon request) and since the hotel is quite old there was a bit of smell coming from the water pipes (I guess). Otherwise a good hotel for this price."

"Despite our late arrival, the security guard kindly greeted us and helped carry our belongings. In the morning, the staff was also very courteous."

"During our three-day stay, the room was never cleaned. When we asked for water, no one brought it. There was an unidentified wrapper floating in the soup, the pool was full of leaves and water striders, and springs were sticking out from the sides of the mattress. I don’t want to book this place again."

"I left this hotel for another hotel in Siem Reap. It was filthy! The sheets were dirty, room obviously hadn’t been cleaned for a while, neither had any of the common areas. Lots of football lads around all hours (the gym is for the local football team). I had a lizard as a room mate which I couldn’t get out (as it kept hiding and there were so many holes it could get in anyway) it was really noisy at night and just not an ideal sleeping situation. Spent £2 more a night and have got a brilliant hotel in the centre."

"The swimming pool and surrounding courtyard is beautiful. The gym has numerous equipment in decent condition compared to many other places we stayed. Our double room was clean, very spacious and we slept very well on the extra large double bed. Would definitely recommend if staying out of Siem Reap."

"Some of the gym equipment should be cleaned more regularly, the barbell in particular has a lot of rust on. Location is a bit out from the centre but still only 30 min walk."

"We booked this place as we like to go to the gym while we are travelling and the gym here did not disappoint! So good and it looks pretty new really good equipment has everything you need. Rooms are big not the cleanest but the beds were clean and bathrooms were too. Mind the tiles in the shower they are very slippery. All in all a pleasant stay we were very happy with it."

"Nothing really rooms could be a bit cleaner we found something in our room when we pulled the bedside table out to plug a charger in. I’m sure you can imagine what it might have been"

"The dorm room was set out in pod style beds, so it felt like you had your own space. The pool was great and the restaurant connected to the resort had delicious food."

"The bed in the dorm room got way too hot during the night as there was no ventilation in the pods. The breakfast options were also average."
