"I had an amazing experience staying at this property! The host family was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay—they truly made me feel at home. The property itself was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Every little detail was taken care of with love. The food was another highlight—delicious, freshly prepared, and absolutely worth the money. Each meal felt like a home-cooked treat, and it was a great way to experience local flavors. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a homely, clean, and value-for-money experience!"

"Понравились условия проживания. Большие комнаты, можно комфортно расположиться семьёй, в комнатах чисто. Хозяева гостеприимны, сытный завтрак и угощения с сада. На год вперёд наелись абрикосов и яблок. Хозяин встретил на машине и по необходимости увозил на пляж и обратно. Очень понравилось!"
"Ulan made us feel so very welcome in his guesthouse. The location is perfect, so after spending our first day in Kyrgyzstan in Ala Archa, we were at the guesthouse within 15 minutes by car (parking was available). We had a great chat with Ulan and he taught us a lot about his country, it was very interesting. We even got a little performance from his son on the komuz. It really was such a great way to start our travels in this country. The room was comfortable as well, with nice soft beds and a clean bathroom. As we were staying in March we used the AC for some extra heat which was lovely as well. After a good night sleep we ended our stay with an incredible breakfast (bread, eggs, sausage, tomato, porridge, cakes) we couldn't even finish because it was so much. Thank you, to Ulan and the family, for a great stay!"
