"I had to go to Tabaka for work and Itibo proved the perfect solution as I did not want to stay in Kisii and there are not hotels in Tabaka and Itibo is exactly half way between the two. It is very quiet and peaceful as there are no bars near so the nights were perfect. I was travelling alone and felt very safe and secure here. The Manager and his team were very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautifully kept and the little cottage I stayed in had plenty of hot water and was spotlessly clean. All in all Itobo was great and when I go back I will definitely return."

"Sve u svemu nije bilo loše. Onaj ko očekuje moderno i luksuzno to nije pošto je to stari objekat ali ipak funkcionalan.Osoblje je brzo reagovalo kada smo rekli da ne radi frižider, popravili su brzo, zatim nestalo nam je plina za kuvanje isto su odmah zamenili bocu. Klima se nadnadno računa ali nije dobro regulisano pošto se računa po kilovat satu, bilo bi poštenije da kažu određenu cenu po danu pa ko želi neka plati,inače se na kraju računa za sve ukupno za čitav objekat što uključuje sve aparate.Mi smo bili u avgustu nije bilo baš preterano toplo pa nam je i ventilator bio dovoljan. Bazen se čisti svaki dan. Terasa je super što je sasvim privatna za svaki apartman. Internet je bio prosečan"

The place offers incredible views over the Mida creek. The swimming pool area is lovely, the garden is beautiful and well maintained. The food is great, there are plenty delicious options that were well prepared and presented. There is a boat transfer that is free to use between Lichthuis and the hotel, which is very convenient."
