"Such an amazing hotel. Staff were more than accommodating with anything we required, the food was spectacular and our room was huge. Not sure why it only has 3 stars as this is definitely a 5 star hotel. I would recommend anyone staying in Nairobi to try this place at least once, they will not regret it. We had a night flight so they let us have a late check out and we’re allowed to use the spa facilities to shower and change before our flight."

"The hotel knew I had a 4 year old with me and decided to put me in a very far room from the main building on a top floor, which wasn't east for the child. They made me book an extra night even though this was my third stay with them because I had a late flight and a child 4yo. I needed the room to make sure she could sleep before the flight They refused to extend my check out, and I booked the night online because it was a lot cheaper from the rate they offered me. I will definitely try another hotel when I'm back in Nairobi."
