"The property was very good and we really liked the whole place. We were a part of 5 but the whole setup was enough for 8-10 people"

"Lots of beds, everything you need for a family trip is provided. Very nice traditional Japanese home feeling. There was a blackout in the neighbourhood due to a fire nearby and when we called the staff for help, he was very helpful and was about to send someone out to help us when the power came back. Very good customer service."
"Some parts of the house like the sinks and shower areas could use a deep clean as parts of those areas were dirty. We couldn't get the bidets to work and they were also a little dirty. Some of the interior furnishings and furniture look quite old."
"1. We chose this Villa as it was not too far from the Hitachi Seaside park. It only took us about 16km (22 min) to drive there after we visited the Park. 2. There were plenty of room spaces that could accommodate many guests. Bedrooms are on upper floor. 3. It was handy to have two toilets in the house, one next to the bathroom on the ground floor and the other on upper floor. 4. The Kitchen is well equipped,. Cooking utensil are clean. 5. Beds are comfortable."
"1. Stair to upper floor is a bit steep. We walked very slowly and cautiously to climb up the stairs each time. 2. The road in front of the Villa is very narrow and dark, thus difficult to drive there at night. 3. Difficult to find a local restaurant within walking distance in the neighbourhood. At least the one we found was closed even though it was listed open on Internet. 4. Hard to get access to the villa without a vehicle."

Near fish market, near supermarket (driving distance) and near Aqua World Ibaraki Oarai Aquarium. The house has netflix. Fast wifi. The host is very responsive. Access through the house via passcode so it was very easy."
