"Such a great location, great views, really friendly staff who are happy to help. Convenient for beach (white sand, clear waters), plenty of parking so you can explore the island in your own hire car, and private beach that had plenty of beds and a lifeguard. Room was big enough and shower was hot. Absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed 6 nights, breakfast was good, poolside drinks were good too. We didn't try other food (lunch) here. Not a bad walk into town and a very short drive."

"Sunbeds could do with some cushions on them as they're not so comfy (are clean)! I think there might have been some different info given at reception depending on who was working that day as I learnt a lot when I was waiting to check out and the people in front were checking in :-) Air conditioning didn't work at all (it's on the wall but doesn't function) so I wouldn't want to go in the height of summer."

"The location is amazing: really close to Villasimius and with a view of the beach and the ocean. The shuttlebus option was super convenient and made it really easy to visit the private beach. It is wonderful that a sun umbrella and 2 beds are included in your stay. We really enjoyed the pool and the view from the pool. The breakfast was delicious and is a great way to start your day."

"The path to our apartment was not super easy accessible. It would be more convenient to have stairs instead of a slope and a path instead having to walk on the grass. Especially with a 2,5 year old child this would have been more comfortable."

"Spacious, very clean apartment with a lovely terrace and great view. Air conditioning worked perfectly, staff were very helpful, and the beach shuttle was excellent. The only thing missing was an oven in the kitchen, otherwise everything was perfect."

"Beautiful location and views. Clean and quiet facilities. Good selection at breakfast buffet and really nice private beach with shuttle service (although the beach is close enough to walk within 10 mins). The walk up the hill to Villasimius town in the evenings is well worth it, for a selection of restaurants, shops and stalls and a vibrant family atmosphere."

"We had a great stay at Residence Fenicia in Villasimius. The apartment was cozy, practical, and had everything we needed – especially in the kitchen, which was really well equipped. Everyone at the reception was super helpful and friendly, which made us feel very welcome. The view from our terrace was stunning, with palm trees and blooming hibiscus bushes all around. The beach just below the property was honestly one of the most beautiful we’ve seen – crystal-clear water and soft sand. The short walk there was also really pleasant. The location is ideal – just around the corner from the lovely restaurant La Capanna, and close to the town center where you’ll find lots of amazing places to eat. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into both the surroundings and how guests are treated. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"
