"The location was great, near main station and center. The apartment was clean, with comfortable bed and during the night was silent. Elevator is great advance!"

"Shower enclosure was small which was not problem for me, but for my mother since she needed little more space. Breakfast is very basic (salty and sweet option) without any vegetables. If you arrive later it might be possibility not to have some ingredients."

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well during our stay. The B&B has a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini Station and close to many historic landmarks, with easy access to the city’s main attractions.We would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome."

"Alex is a considerate and generous host who is attentive to his guests needs. We stayed in the green room which has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on holiday. The location is superb with just a 5 minute walk to Rome Termini station, which has an easy direct route to the airport and train, metro and bus connections."

"You do get some noise from customers of the hotels in the street, but this had no impact on my sleep pattern."

The room was comfortable, it had a small desk, a chair and a wardrobe which we really appreciated. It looked like it had recently been repainted and everything was super nice. The room was cleaned daily and it was value for money. The host was amazing, super kind, very helpful, friendly and always willing to help!"
