"Absolutely brilliant place to stay. Convenient, comfortable, plenty of space everywhere, 2 large bedrooms plus kitchen/dining/seating; lovely kitchen, nice bathroom, coffee machine with coffee provided, large comfy beds, lots of windows, easy access, off-street parking outside (and on-street if you need more). Don't let the outside put you off, it's one of the nicest Icelandic places we stayed in."

"A wonderful stay in a wonderful home. The host was super responsive. The house is fully private and you get the entire building to yourself. Everything was well thought through, fully equipped, comfortable, and extremely clean. Kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea and all the necessities for cooking. We also had the best sleep in Iceland here! And the best part of all: the view from the second floor. The windows have an unobstructed view over the Atlantic ocean and the water is just 30m away. You can sit and watch the sea endlessly, especially the sunsets (the windows face the sunset side). We also took many walks on the shore, just a few steps from the garden. On the beach there was never anyone there, just us and the seagulls. The village is small and calm, everything is walking distance, but a bigger city is just 10min drive. Overall: 100% recommended, I wish we could have stayed here longer!"
