"A wonderful place to stay and a brilliantly executed conversion. This was our most memorable accommodation in Iceland. The top floor living room / kitchen has amazing 360 degree views. Warm and clean, with comfortable beds. There are a lot of stairs to go up and down but it is well worth the effort."

"Berglind was awesome. She was so friendly and fun to talk with. We got to see her beautiful horses and walk around the property and she was very knowledgeable about the area and all things Icelandic. There's even a hot spring coming out of the river on her property. It was so fun to stay in the tower climb up and down the winding stairs and just admire how it was constructed. The view from the top is spectacular and a perfect place to have a glass of wine, admire the view and watch the horses. We were very fortunate to see the northern lights while there, even though it was August."

"De toren zag er heel mooi uit en was erg netjes. Bij vragen konden wij altijd bij de eigenaresse terecht, die 24/7 voor ons klaar stond. Tevens heb je een een prachtig uitzicht vanuit het bovenste gedeelte van de toren."
