However, the staff did offer me an alternative room on the 2nd, but it was on a different level and distanced from my family. "I really liked the room; it was so clean and they prepared it exactly as I requested."
"Smooth check in and check out, helpful English speaking staff. Neat and clean rooms, nice breakfast buffet. All amenities available on Shahrah e Rawan including mall. Imam Ali haram 15 minutes and airport 20 minutes distance. Big money exchange next door but hotel also provides monry exchange. Bring dollars in 100 notes coz money exchange will offer you less rate if one has scrap dollar notes. Good location in Najaf Ashraf for zayreen."
