"Nothing! (Unless you can remove the steep walk back from town!)"

"The breakfast was stunning and the whole place is spotless. I liked the furniture in the room and the bed was comfortable."

"The building is quite old so this means hearing a lot of sound from other rooms and water pipes! Felt like the cost was quite high."

"Well located. Pristine accommodation. Absolutely clean. Staff combined friendliness and professionalism. Excellent breakfast."

"Nothing, all was good."

"Maeve is an excellent host, with capable staff who served a great breakfast in a lovely house."

"The hills around Kinsale."

"Very clean and comfortable, spacious rooms. Breakfast cooked to order was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking space too."

"A little walk up the hill from the main town, but not too bad."

"Handy location to explore Kinsale. Maeve was lovely and easy to deal with - changes our room to the ground floor due to heavy suitcases and a steep staircase. Delicious breakfast."

"Bed was a little uncomfortable but manageable for one night."

"Wonderful place run and staffed by wonderful people! Sparkling clean, free parking, great location and breakfast."

"Exceptional breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and facilities were first class. Free parking was great. The location at the top of a hill was the only negative but by day 2 we had found an easy route to town."

"The hill was the only negative."
