"I really enjoyed my stay at the villa. The property is located in a beautiful, quiet area, which made for a very relaxing environment. I appreciated the tranquility and the peaceful surroundings. The villa manager was exceptionally kind and accommodating, making the entire stay even more pleasant. The cleaner was truly amazing, going above and beyond to ensure the villa was spotless and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"

"The location is superb, right in the hustle and bustle but so quiet and peaceful in the villa. The private pool is fantastic and 3 A/C units to cool the individual rooms and the living space were so good! Amazing value for money, even better if you were travelling as two couples as you have your own bathrooms and ample space. Putri the Manager was great to deal with and she was very helpful. Coffee Cartel at the end of the driveway was amazing, we ate breakfast there everyday of our stay. Highly recommend this property and cafe."

"The shower didn’t drain well and would fill up with water, however I let the Manager know and she had maintenance fix it so it wasn’t an issue. Quite a climb into the showers so if you have restricted movement it wouldn’t currently suit you. However Putri advised they will be reversing the bathroom soon as this issue has been flagged already, so it will be great in the future. All in all would DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!"

"Putri and the team made me feel so welcome from the start. I was travelling as a female on my own and I felt like I had a lovely group of friends to look after me! The villa is in such a peaceful spot. Amazing location with a wellness centre/gym next door, Coffee Cartel at the end of the lane and a variety of great restaurants, a Circle K and massage/spa centre within 300 metres walk! I felt right at home and super chilled out, just what I needed. Highly recommend. Great value for money also (given much older places are charging a lot more). thank you"

"The villa is nice, okay location although you still need to get transport unless you want to walk a few km’s anywhere. Little bit scary as it is at the end of an alley way and is a villa by itself but they have security come back throughout the night so it’s fine. Also appreciated that they had a water dispenser with drinkable water."

"When we first arrived, we saw the sign and opened the door to the villa, however there were some girls in there so we closed the door and called the host. She let us know that it was booked for us and they hadn’t booked it and that she would come ‘kick them out’. The girls came out and we spoke to them about what was said, they showed us their booking and they very clearly had accidentally gone to the wrong villa and were happy to grab their things and leave. They were given entry without checking if they had a booking which in hindsight is a little scary as anyone can be let into your villa. The host came and asked if they had used any facilities, we said we didn’t know as we had only been inside for a couple of minutes and just sat on the couch and waited for her to arrive. The host did a short walk around to have a look and grabbed a used glass and placed it in the sink and left it for us to clean (only 1 glass but we should not be cleaning up on their mistake). After checking when she left, the bathroom had clearly been used as the cover over the toilet was gone, which they did not clean, also some dirty foot prints on the floor, unsure if these were there before the other girls arrived or just there for a while - we had kept our shoes on the whole time so wasn’t from us. I had requested decorations for my birthday, she was able to do it the next day when we had gone out. She had let me know price beforehand which is my mistake for misreading the cost of it, but being charged $175 Australian dollars to put up a few balloons and flowers is just ridiculous, I felt completely ripped off and cheated and if I had of known that was the cost, I would’ve expected the entire villa decorated not just one bedroom. The host messages too often as well, I’m there for a holiday I don’t want to have to keep messaging."
