Located in the Rakovica district about 700 metres from road number 1 and 10 km from the Plitvice Lakes National Park, the House Pavlic is set amid a large garden. All rooms have a private bathroom and a satellite TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire building. The garden features a pavilion, barbecue facilities and a parking area, which can all be used free of charge. The Barac's Caves are around 6 km away and a horse farm for those who love riding can also be found in the vicinity.

"S obzirom da smo bili samo jedan dan u povratku sa Plitvickih jezera zao nam je sto nismo mogli duze boraviti,Apartman velik ,comforan sa svim sto treba ,moderan,domacini izuzetno ljubazni a polozaj je kao iz bajke…za decu i odrasle za odmor i rekreaciju…a vazduh ,neopisiv…i nama iz krajeva u kojim nije tako na zalost ,je to jos jedan veliki plus…Sam taj put od mora do Zagreba( a da nije autoput je )je prelep i po mom misljenju ne zaboravan❤️❤️❤️"

"Gospođa Nena i gazda Stipe su izuzetni domaćini, srdačni, uslužni i vrlo ljubazni. Apartmani su vrlo čisti, imaju sve što je neophodno za višednevni boravak. Dvorište je izuzetno, pogodno za veće društvo, roštiljanje i pravo uživanje. Ima puno sadržaja i za decu. Lokacija je odlična za obilazak Plitvičkih jezera kao i okoline. S obzirom na visoke temperature, apartmani su bili ugodno rashlađeni, dočekani smo sa pićem dobrodošlice i osmehom. Zaista smo se osećali dobrodošli i hvala im na tome."

"Bili dvije noći, sve je bilo super uredno i ĉisto kako spolja tako I unutra i okolina objekta, domaćini preljubazni I dočekali nas mnogo lijepo, do Plitvičkih jezera ima 15 minuta vožnje, a u okolini ima nekoliko prodavnica pekara i restorana."

"Domaćica je divna! Ljubazna i prijatna, našla nam se za sva pitanja i svaku pomoć. Smestaj se nalazi na 10 minuta voznje od Plitvickih jezera ilako se pronalazi. Uredno, cisto i veoma lepo... Sve za svaku preporuku! Vracamo se ovde sigrno uskoro 😀"

"We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the apartment :) we are a family of 3 and we had plenty of room. The bed were also very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need and the outside space was great for our 18 month old (super kid friendly). Everything was super clean and the hosts were welcoming. Great for visiting Plitvice Lakes!"

"Amazing host. Very informative and pleasant. Quiet and pastoralic, aside from the main road. Very good location, close to Plitvice lakes. Other attractions and places of interest such as Rastoke, Barac cave, Quad rides. Plenty of restaurants around, some within walking distance."

"We loved our stay here at House Pavlic. Beautiful and well-maintained surroundings. Apartment was well equipped for cooking and easy evenings with a smart tv :) Just bring your own shampoos etc with you as these the house didnt provide complimentary. To us this wasnt a problem however. Hvala vam, we loved our stay!"

"I had a very pleasant stay in a truly magical setting. The accommodation was clean, neat, and perfectly suited as a starting point for exploring the beautiful nature and nearby attractions. The peace and quiet, combined with a very comfortable bed, made for a deep and restful sleep. The house is surrounded by stunning nature, and the garden offered a lovely and relaxing space to enjoy during the warmer months. The hosts were extremely kind, approachable, and always available if I needed anything."

"A simple but comfortable room, in a great location very close to Plitvice national park entrance, also close to a good supermarket. There are some lovely drives in this area too. Beautiful view from our door, very nice grounds and host was very lovely."

"It was so homely and comfortable and had a beautiful balcony. I loved that it was far enough away from Zrce beach but close enough for a cheap uber, allowing us to be in the heart of the real croatia. the beach was so close and was so beautiful and secluded and we all really enjoyed ourselves! It was really easy to use all of the facilities like the job and microwave and shower and we were able to get on with daily activities as usual."

"Very uncomplicated check-in, host was very kind and easy to contact in case we had questions. We got nice information about public transportation, unfortunately the dog wasnt allowed on the bus. The host speaks bery good German. Location was close to the beach. The room was clean and had air conditioning. We could park in front of the house and we were allowed to leave the car there even after we checked out."
