que pase calor en la habitación, no habian prendido el aire porque decia que iba a bajar la temperatura, pero la habitacion tenia una ventana hacia un pulmon donde no ingresaba aire, por lo tanto, no pudimos descansar muy bien por el calor.

"Wangdue Eco Lodge is a lovely place tucked high above the Dzong, with amazing views from the room that really make the stay special. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout. Dinner and breakfast were simple but perfectly adequate. The rooms are very spacious, though they could benefit from a few extra touches to make them feel cosier, as they felt a little empty. Overall, a pleasant stay with beautiful views and a peaceful setting."

Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.

the shower needs to be updated it was not a good quality either from the hand held shower or the overhead one and the rooms by the road are noisy even though they said they are insulated, they are not and you can hear the cars very well

"I had an excellent stay at the Royal Court Hotel. The reception staff members were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They were also super helpful with my queries around transport. My room was top quality. Spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite the central location. Massive shoutout to Raj (host) after my Google Maps download had failed (I didn't check), I then discovered Telstra has no coverage on Cook Islands (so no mobile data) and the hire car had some Asian countries maps, I was lost - after 10pm Raj came to rescue me from a servo and was a great host throughout. I had work meetings early each morning so didn't try the breakfast, but all looked good. The pool is amazing! Location was fine for me (close to everything) but as people can see, this one isn't on the beach."

"Location was good, the rest of the accommodation was of a very poor standard."

There were no towels in the room, no heater, no power point to plug the electric blankets or the bedside lamp into, no spare blankets, poorly made beds. Shared bathroom was not cleaned regularly and was leaking water on the floor from the toilet.
