"Went with extended family and had a great time! The layout of the hotel is unusual, and that (at first) made me think that it was a bit small, but hear me out... There are two things that make this an amazing experience: 1.) The clarity of the sea water and the ease of access. 2.) The staff and management are top notch: attention to customer service is second to none in all respects: from the management to the guy taking care of the rooms. Very highly recommended."

Die Heizung und das warme Wasser werden wie viele Heizung in der Region durch eine Nachtspeicherheizung erwärmt. Hier wäre es schön wenn man einen Holzofen in den öffentlichen Räumen hätte, um noch schneller auf die gewünschte Temperatur zu kommen.

"The host Greg answered all of our questions and was always available for help! The bedrooms are fair sized and all with bathrooms which is fantastic. The house has many great amenities."

Communal seating arrangements could be better / cosier, as well as outside space would be amazing with a terrace! Sauna had limited hours that we can't control, but is what is!

"We were on Mahe for the first time and wanted a separate house in the middle of the island to make it convenient to see as many locations as possible, the tropical garden was perfect. The house itself is not big and very cozy, there is parking for a small car, Wi-Fi works perfectly, beautiful terrace, breakfast and dinner with birdsong and the sound of water)) a lot of greenery. Very nice and good-natured hostess, she solved any issues that arose very quickly. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation❤️."

"Incredible location near the beach and close to the shop. Beautiful large garden and extremely well equipped kitchen. And we loved the cat and the dogs and chickens in the garden. Lots of towels were a real luxury. Lovely comfy beds 😀 and very handy having the top loading washing machine. It felt like a home rather than just a holiday place and was much bigger than we expected from the photos and description on Booking.com"

A sign to the villa would have been really helpful and check in instructions before arriving. The safe didn't work and It needs a lock on the bathroom door please 🙂 Wifi and air con would be amazing, we appreciate its expensive and wifi is elusive on the island. Maybe more fans would help in the absence of air con . The TV didn't work unfortunately even on one channel. A paddle board would have been incredible!

Podría decir que el olor en un inicio es bastante húmedo, pero ya después se acostumbra y pasa un poco desapercibido.

"Lovely place to stay, comfortable with everything you need, including a variety of teas and some coffee plus milk which is nice if you have not been shopping. quiet area which felt safe. Can walk into town in about 30 minutes . Best thing though was how incredibly helpful the owner and her cousin nia were. Nia helped us with everything we needed including getting our ferry tickets, finding a taxi and getting from the airport. This was so helpful for us and ensured we had a smooth stay."

"This property was very well maintained. It was very easy to find and our host was very accommodating for us. Each room had functioning air-con (which was a life saver) as well as the main lounge area. All the facilities were well maintained. The highlight was the bathroom. "The experience here is once in a lifetime. It is so incredible to sit back and watch the elephants and other animals as though you’re not even there. The accomodation makes you feel like a real life Tarzan and Jane. The staff are very helpful and so kind. We had in house meals and there were amazing! The staff come and drop them off or prepare them right there in the house for you. It’s very private with no other house within earshot or sight and because it’s so peaceful you can hear the staff arriving in their cars a few minutes before they actually do. (The staff preset times with you to come by the house, ie: lunch at 12, and the only time we had an unannounced visitor was when the power went out). The sitting areas and beds are very comfortable with nice linen. The wifi is amazing."

The accomodation is very exposed to the elements with no air conditioning/heating and lots of bugs, spiders and small animals like squirrels and adorable mice type creatures present in your house. We loved this aspect but for some it could be a bit much.

Given the setting we anticipated nature insects etc which by the way there were many! The baths were not in a good condition.

"The villa is spacious and well ventilated. The swimming pool is clean and almost entirely ours. The staff Grace and Amani are very good and welcoming. The owner Monica is also good and always checking whether we were comfortable."

A microwave is very necessary. I didn't see an iron box either but I didn't ask whether there was one. The deserted bushy stretch of the road from the main road is scaring especially at night.
