"Elvis and Claudia are wonderful hosts. Helping you out with their local knowledge, lifts to different places in Georgetown and advice on what to do. The rooms come with a very quiet AC and a comfortable bed. The area is safe and a local store is less than 5 minutes walk away. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast of scrambled eggs with toast was just what I wanted. While they advertised a check-in and out time they are very flexible. Free Tea and coffee was supplied in the dining room."

"The standard breakfast consisted of eggs, sausages and toast with your choice of tea or coffee. Eggs are scrambled however if you prefer your eggs boiled Claudia is happy to oblige. The portions are very good and everything was satisfactory"

"I had a wonderful stay here. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The stay included breakfast, which was delicious and a great way to start the day. The rooms come with air conditioning, which was very important given the heat in Georgetown, and it made my stay much more comfortable. One of the highlights was how helpful the owners were, they connected me with a trustworthy taxi driver who took me to different viewpoints I wanted to see at a very affordable price. Everything about the experience felt honest, genuine, and safe. I highly recommend Smiths BNB Rooms to anyone visiting Georgetown. It’s not just a place to stay, but a warm and reliable home base for exploring the city."
