"Great house with all the equipment you might need, including a microwave and full kitchen tools. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the host was wonderful—funny, talkative, and always helpful. "We enjoyed staying in this pleasant beautifully decorated house with the lovely host Genet and her 4 puppies. She was very warm ,welcoming and treated us like a member of the family. Genet was very efficient and organised and updated us regularly before our arrival. She arranged safe transport for us ,gave us very useful tips and reccomeded lovely places to dine at. Every day she prepared amazing traditional breakfast dishes and before we left even gave us her own home made berber and another special powder. Loved staying here and will always remember Genet"

"Believe or not - everything was fine. Nice, comfortable and clean rooms. - and ALWAYS warm water 🤯 My room was on the 4th floor so there was a terrace and I had a good view over the roofs of Kathmandu 😂. I felt at home from the first moment because of the nice owner and the nice staff helping me to find solutions whenever I needed: Taxi, organizing my trips, recommendations for affordable restaurants and so on. The breakfast was perfect, so I started always in good mood! - Thank You so much 🙏🙏"

"Perfect apartment just in front of the sea and at 50 meters to your swim. Quiet, clean, big, and very good host. Yes, a little bit away from the village, 1 kilometer?, but it is just a matter of a short walk. Defenetely we do recomend it. We wish we could have staid longer Many thanks 😊"

"The host was very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was abundant, with so much food that I couldn't finish it. This place is highly recommended to everyone, and I will stay here again next time!"

"Located in a quiet, idyllic location near the town center, it felt like a little retreat every time we returned home. It’s a spacious house which keeps cool due to the tiling and multiple doors you can open. We didn’t need air con in September. We could close the gates so the dogs couldn’t get in, this allowed the kids to play outside. The three year old was so excited to have swings. After time in the outer islands we really needed to freshen up, so the showers and washing machine were helpful. There was good amounts of drying space, the kitchen was fully functional, and we were given our space to enjoy our holiday."

Tonga is super basic so expectations of any accomodation need to keep this in mind.

"We were upgrade to the Indian suit and it was great! Spacious and comfortable."

"We very spontaneously managed to arrange accommodation in an emergency situation. The landlady was immediately reachable by phone and even came to meet us by car so that we could find the accommodation quickly. She arranged a taxi for us into the city and helped us with the payment, as we no longer had any cash. The landlady was extremely helpful and very accommodating. We also liked the accommodation a lot, especially the view from the balcony."

"Lep smestaj, veoma cisto, vlasnici smestaja su preljubazni. Smesteni su u prizemlju, tu su na raspolaganju uvek sta god da vam treba. Osecali smo se kao kod kuce."

"If you're looking for a quiet place, Villa Serenity by the Water is where you need to go... and yet, it's just a throw of stone away from shops and busy places... as for the breakfast, I must say I've enjoyed the sweetest omelette ever, accompanied with a selection of fruits/yoghurt/toasts... exactly what I needed to start my next journey on the right foot !!!... apart from that, rooms are large, very well quiped and nicely decorated... making your stay real enjoyable !"

I found it a little difficult to adjust temperature in the shower as it is a sophisticated model with thermostat... but had I stayed longer, I would have asked for advice and I'm sure I would have mastered the issue !

I wish the curtains were a bit darker because they let in al of of light in the morning.

"The location just off the highway was perfect for me and I was able to book it on the travel day. There was a comfortable family vibe and the staff was extremely friendly. They made me perfect fried eggs for breakfast, served in a beautifully decorated room that had a large selection of bread, jams, cheeses, meat cuts, yoghurt, cereals, fresh juice, different kinds of coffee and tea."

The main entrance was closed at arrival, so I had to find the barn door to get in. There are parking spaces in front of the property, but if you arrive during dinner service, these might be taken by restaurant guests.
