"Big family room with balcony. No wifi in room but there was a large area with wifi with comfortable chairs and amazing views of nearby volcanoes. Family dinners each night for 70 Q and lots of activities."

"If you want a bit more peace, might not be the best choice. The dorm rooms were a bit too small and crowded, so maybe a single room is a better option. It also didn’t feel very local, which I try to look for, but depends on what you’re looking for"

"Great location, really comfortable chilled vibe, loved that they didn’t have WiFi everywhere and only one spot, so it gave you time to detox from phones, sm etc. lovely chill areas and fantastic views of the lake, right next to the shuttle boats. I’m older, but it’s a great backpackers, party vibe. 11 staff were volunteers and they were really good, particular thanks to Darren I think, Irish guy with beard, he was super efficient"
