"Staff is very nice, always here to help. Food is delicious and has variety, specially eggs 4-5 kinds, also cheese, sausages, vegetables and fruits. The room is very stylish and clean, has a balcony. There also comfortable swimming pool on the roof top, so you can chill there if the sea storms. The location is near the old town, centre of Rethymno. Around a lot of restaurants and shops. You can get to the beach in 15 minutes walking. Staying at the hotel was very comfortable and pleasant."

"The Jo Ann Palace has definitely had a facelift and is a very comfortable hotel to stay in. Entry to the room is via a tap /contactless key-card to a panel on the wall, which immediately gave a sense of security. A light on the external door panel shows that you are in the room, which means we never got cleaning staff knocking on our door. The beds were comfortable, there is good storage and there is a good range of television channels in various languages that service the many international customers they serve. The staff were all very friendly and efficient in every department."

Μας πήρε τηλ να μας καθοδηγήσει,έφερνε ξύλα για το τζάκι κάθε απόγευμα,ευγενικότατη,τα είχε ολα στην εντέλεια,πρωινό με φρυγανιές,καφέ,τσαι,μελι,και καλοσώρισμα.Ακόμα κ όταν ζητσαμε κάτι που είχαμε ξεχάσει να κραταμε μαζί μας (Ένα καλώδιο σύνδεσης ) Προσφέρθηκε άμεσα και μας βρήκε,και ειδικά εορταστικές μέρες που όλα ήταν κλειστά στην πόλη."

"We had a wonderful stay! The view is absolutely fantastic, and the private, nomadic-style beach is a true hidden gem. The pools are great as well. The whole place feels peaceful and secluded, perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast and the restaurant menu were both excellent. There are renovated and non-renovated parts of the hotel — we stayed in the latter. Even though it’s a bit older, it was clean and comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back!"

"Very nice modern apartment with all the amenities including air conditioning and washing machine, which was very helpful. It is located in about 100 meters from the beach in a small town of Vonitsa. It is not far from Lefkada, about 20 minutes by car. The host is very nice and even left some snacks for our breakfast on the first day. The bakery is next door, which is also very helpful."

"We stayed here with our big family (5 people in one room and 2 in another) for the second time. This is the only hotel not far from the airport where you can stay together in one room as a large family. The staff are very pleasant, and the value for money is perfect. Everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There is a large balcony, a stove to cook meals, and parking right in front of the hotel or along the street (just a meter away – we could see our car from the balcony). I highly recommend this hotel if you arrive late or leave Athens early."
