"It is NOT 4 stars hotel!!! 1. Disgusting staff. The hotel staff is very unfriendly: it was the first time we’ve encountered such rude, unsmiling, and unhelpful receptionists. NOT client oriented. The staff by the pool and on the beach are overly familiar and just as unwelcoming. 2. Wifi does not work at all!!! =you can see the connection but in reality it does not work. 3. Planes. From 6 a.m. until 1 a.m., airplanes fly overhead non-stop 4. We tried to play billiards at the hotel, but the air conditioning in that area is turned up to the maximum, making it unbearably cold. In a whole week, I didn’t see a single person there, and other guests also complained about how cold it was in that part of the hotel. The reception refused to turn the air conditioning down. So we went out to pay the pool outside… 5. Sunbeds on the beach are not free: it’s €8 for two sunbeds + an umbrella, or €4 for a single sunbed without an umbrella. What really surprised me is that by 8:00–8:30 a.m., guests rush to occupy the free sunbeds by the pool. If you come after 9:30, it’s unlikely you’ll find a spot. You’ll see that around 70% of the sunbeds are taken by towels or personal items, but no people are actually there. Some guests ‘reserve’ sunbeds and only show up for a couple of hours a day, while keeping the spot all day long. In well-managed hotels, staff usually remove unattended belongings — and guests can later retrieve them from the lost and found. 6. Sea side is extremely noisy : The evening shows are absolutely low-quality, but if your room faces the sea (and therefore the pool), you’ll have loud music blasting right outside your window until 11 p.m. And that’s the best-case scenario — on karaoke nights, drunk guests scream into the microphone at full volume with terrible voices (with only rare breaks in between, of course)."

"The hotel is really nice and comfortable. Very close to the airport, which is a big plus. Food is tasty, various dishes to choose from. The hotel's area is safe and the beach is just few steps from the swimming pool. Room was clean and the view was breathtaking! Overall our stay was perfect 👌"

"Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price. This hotel doesn’t live up to its 4-star rating or cost — more like a 3-star experience the maximum. 1.The restaurant felt like a basic 90s cafeteria. Drinks at dinner (even water) weren’t included. Breakfast coffee came from an old machine and tasted bad; the “juice” was just flavored water. Food was average — I mostly ate vegetables. Seafood (shrimp, fish) which was rarely served was clearly frozen and tasted poor. 2.The “private beach” is only accessible for an extra fee, which is disappointing given the price. Expect to pay extra for basics like a safe and luggage storage and other staff — not acceptable for a supposed 4-star hotel. Free sunbeds by the pool are all taken by 8 am. 3.Rooms were dated. The hairdryer barely worked, the fridge didn’t cool, terrible wifi. I booked a “bungalow with garden view,” but it was actually a second-floor room in a large building — not a bungalow :). 4.The beach was rocky and hard to access. The sea is rough, good for surfing but not swimming. 5.Worst of all was the noise. The hotel is directly under a flight path, with planes overhead every 15-30 minutes. This was not disclosed properly!!! Add to that loud evening shows and poor soundproofing — sleeping was difficult. 6. After sleepless night, I asked the manager for a partial refund to move to a quieter place. I knew the booking was non-refundable but hoped for some flexibility. Instead, the manager was dismissive and rude. They don't care about their clients (commercial benefit is their first priority). One lady at front desk was acting like basic questions were a big burden. 7.The area outside the hotel is unkempt, with nowhere to walk. This was a disappointing experience, especially for the price. I really regret not reading more reviews — some describe exactly what I experienced. There are MUCH better hotels at the same price. I booked this one just a few days before my trip, when choices were limited."

"We were on half-board, both the breakfast and dinner were wonderful. The staff were really hard-working and lovely. The hotel is located right at the seaside and has its own beach, which was wonderful surrounded by many palm trees."
