"Excellent location right next to the Sulphur baths, botanical gardens and everything else. Great value for money, the place is clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the room has everything that you could ever need. Zaza, the host, is exceptional."

"The owner is bubbly and great fellow, you'll feel that he wears his heart on his sleeve (or as this saying goes). Beds were super comfy and clean, everything in fact was clean. We even watched some Georgian TV one night. Wifi is powerful and strong signal. Very close to baths, so it's just a walking distance to get home."
"There's a light smell in the bathroom, most likely plumbing issue. But if you keep doors closed, not a big issue."
"Absolutely everything! Spacious place with a little stove and everything you need for a comfortable stay including washing machine, blow dryer etc.. it’s in the heart of old town in a tiny alley like from a movie. Plus the host Zaza is super kind, even in Georgian tradition treating you with his own wine as a welcome. დიდი მადლობა ზაზა!!"

"i arrived 5 hours late at past 23.00,a friend of Vazi helped me and Vazi attentively showed me around and everything in the apartment ,even tough it was very late.always attentive when i asked but did not need to ask much at all as it was all very organised,comfortable and secure,leave window open and apartment was in 5 minutes from everything,great place !!!!!!!!"
