It’s a bit far from a centre of village, but this is reason why this place is quite There r fridge, stove and enough dish for comfortable life and cooking. Internet connection was perfect and it was enough for calls and work. Owner is friendly, speaks georgian and russian, but i’m not sure about english. The location and view around the property are amazing, the interior is very clean with good beds, and it is fairly close to nice local cafés. You get the whole small house, which is located on the edge of the village, so there is very little noise."

"Such a quiet and Cozy place. Had some difficulties finding the place and while the owner didn't understand English, after I sent him a message in georgian, he was quick to respond and help. Such great value for money."

"I LOVED it!!! It was like being in heaven ❤️ Good wifi, amazing kitchen, it was hot and watm water as well. Everything is very well equipped (hairdryer, coffee, tea, oil), one of the best accommodation I had in my life so far. I really hope one day I can go back 😊"

"The location provided is not correct. You need to search ‘T&M Timeless Memories’ on Google maps for correct location. Also, if you search ‘Twin Cottages Kazbegi’ it takes you to a different property at the other side of the town. The owner did not communicate this at all, nor did they reply to any of my messages. So just a heads up for anyone planning to book."

"View of Kazbeg, outdoor area for breakfast in the sun and evening read. More spacious for 2-3 people than other rooms. Possibility to cook. Host didn't speak English but seemed very friendly. He waited for us for the check in time we indicated in booking."

"Our neighbors were very calm, I guess you could get bothered if they had a different idea of garden usage. Beds were very uncomfortable (soft) and no possibility to cover upper windows."
