"I had specifically requested a tiipple room accessible with lift as we had an elderly family member..upon arrival I was given room on the 4th floor which did not have elevator access, they apologised stating that tipple rooms are only in that floor - would have been nice if that was communicated beforehand... and did not have a belll captain to carry the bags from floor 3 to floor 4 For guests who like silence when sleeping, being at the square can be noisy as music is loud till late night"

"This is my favorite place already for couple of years. I just can not find anything that would be in better location, amazing breakfast, comfortable cosy rooms, 10 min walk from the beach and good price."

"It is not my first time, just if someone is a light sleeper and earlier sleeper, keep in mind , you are staying in the heart of Batumi, with live music and entertaining Piazza. Don't expect quiet before midnight (or 1 am especially in the weekend), better go and join the party."

"Best location, close to everything, specially Piazza which is like a beating heart of the city in the evening. Live music, nice cafe, restaurant, bar and ice creams. Staff are very nice and helpful."

"The location is excellent, right in the heart of Piazza Square, which makes it very lively and enjoyable both during the day and at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"One disappointing point was the courtyard policy: even as a hotel guest, I was told I could only sit at a table if I ordered a minimum of 50₾. This felt unreasonable and unnecessary, especially since I was staying at the hotel."

"This is a heart of Batumi. It is impossible to stay more central than this. Beautiful Piazza, all sightseeing spots walking distance, sea 6 minutes away, beach 13 minutes away by walk. Live music in the evenings. Very grateful for great reception team, helping very smoothly to make checkin fast also for opportunity to have little earlier breakfast before flight."

"Location was GREAT! It was convenient and easy to find and remember. There was a drunk person walking talking on the hallway after midnight. I would have called the front desk he kept it a little bit longer but it was not beyond my patience. The room was small but it meant everything was in reach, had everything I needed, and it was good enough. I have stayed more than 10 places in Georgia and this place sits on the top of them. Breakfast was good, except for a boy who took 2 pieces of bread with his hand and put them back to the basket. of course I talked to his family."
