"We were warmly welcomed by kind and friendly Sofia. The atmosphere of the hotel is homely and cozy. Our room was more spacious than the photos suggested and although simple, it was comfortable. The light entering through its big windows is filtrted by the leaves in the street trees, offering a beautiful and quiet ambience. We slept very well. The location is perfect. A very good experience!"

The house is in a great location, the balcony view of the tree lined streets is lovely and the building has lots of character. The host was the real highlight - she was a standout of our two weeks in Georgia."

"Amazing hotel with fantastic and extremely nice and helpful staff. Sofia was very kind and let us use their washing machine. The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the centre of Kutaisi. It is clean, comfortable, with beautiful decor. Breakfast is delicious! Parking is on the street next to the apartment, which is a bonus. We loved everything about the apartment! Thank you for making our stay so special!"
