"The place was nice and the location can’t be beat. It’s right in the center and next door is a big 24 hour supermarket which comes in handy. There was also a separate kitchen we used it came in handy."
"The room was on the first floor and didn’t get any sun but unless you plan to stay there for the majority of the time it’s not a big deal."
"The landlady is super friendly, kind, and accommodating. She also knows all about Poti so you can ask her what to see/how. The rooms are cozy and equipped with a heater as well as AC for full comfort! Note: booking happens here but you pay at the property (super neat)."

"Very bid clean and comfortable room with all facilities. Host was very accommodating, opening the gates after midnight when we arrived from the port. The breakfast was excellent. The location perfect, just a short walk from the centre and we felt very secure being located opposite the main police station. It was quet too. In short, this was terrific value for the money and would certainly stay there again. So, highly recommended."

"Everything was really excellent ......the hostess was wonderful. Her son gave me a ride to the train station. Boutique is near almost everything.......and , if you are healthy you can walk to most attractions ......Bus #3 will get you down to the famous Black Sand Beach and a couple of sections of the National Park System .......I only saw the beach . It was amazing ......kind of wild +natural ....Gorgeous place to see a sunset .there were "friendly wild dogs" there .....they had two interest ,FOOD and the man riding his beautiful ,well trained horse up and down part of the beach .......and smooth rocks , sea glass +sea shells."
"Добрый день, всем! Вот только недавно отдыхали в этом замечательном отеле! Всё супер, вода работает без перебоев, интернет тоже!!Всё рядом, куда хочешь там и будешь)))! НАТО хозяйка дома, чудесный души человек!!! Можно посмеяться и поговорить по душам!!!! Дом охраняют просто ласковые и смешные собачки) )) Всё просто, всё как дома🌹🌹🌹Просто приезжайте, останавливайтесь и отдыхайте душой и телом!!!!"
