Mali pansion Beaches u porodičnom je vlasništvu i raspolaže velikim sopstvenim vrtom i kapijom kroz koju se prolazi do peščane plaže u Ejru. Udaljen je samo 5 minuta hoda od centra Ejra, koji obiluje mestima za kupovinu, obedovanje i noćni život. Sve sobe u pansionu Beaches imaju pogled na vrt. Takođe sadrže LCD TV, besplatan WiFi i sopstveno kupatilo. Kompletan škotski doručak priprema se od lokalnih namirnica koje potiču sa farmi iz Ejršajra. Između ostalog, u ponudi su domaća jaja, hagis (specijalitet od mlevenih ovčijih iznutrica), četvrtaste kobasice i hlepčići od krompira. Na raspolaganju su vam takođe kontinentalni obroci. U okviru objekta dostupan je obezbeđen parking za motocikle. Teren za golf Troon nalazi se na samo 10 minuta vožnje od hotela Beaches. Sa železničke stanice u Ejru, udaljene samo 1,6 km, saobraćaju linije do Glavne železničke stanice u Glazgovu na svakih 30 minuta. Na 5 minuta vožnje nalazi se kuća u kojoj se rodio Robert Berns, pretvorena u muzej.

"It was very clean, comfortable and the location was great! Right next to the front street 5 min walk to beach if that. Having a small fridge, cups glasses, plates and cutlery was a bonus, the owners were great, especially Cilla! She was very helpful and friendly a lovely lady. Take away food was allowed. Can’t fault it in any way. We had a great week there and would definitely return."

The first room we were given (room 7) was not so nice – there was a wet patch in the corner on the floor and window was old (so maybe it was leaking?), but before we could even think about asking to be moved a lovely member of staff came in and moved us to the room across the way, which was lovely, warm and much more comfortable. The place in general was great and facilities perfect for us. Staff lovely and helpful."

"The first impression you get makes your trip and Margaret was a lovely, friendly sight after a long drive! The room left you wanting for nothing! Everything is thought of! The mini fridge was great for our evening snacks and bottles of water! The room was so clean and decorated lovely! And after a long day of walking and exploring we enjoyed cosying up and having our home comforts of Netflix and all the apps on the TV to watch a film and relax! We enjoyed a peaceful nights sleep in the very comfortable bed, topped off by a hot shower in the morning! The view from our room was an unexpected sea view! Absolutely wonderful! This is a little gem of a place and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!"
