"The view is fantastic. The multiple terraces are also very pleasant, so you can always sit in the sun or shade. And a stunning sunset! The owner, Thierry, is a wonderful host. He's very attentive and really takes the time to show the entire house. He even provided some drinks in the fridge and a basket of local products. The villa was very clean and tidy."

"There are plenty reason why i rate this vila 10/10. 1/ location: it is on top hill of Sete so it has best view,specially for sunset. 2/ House: confortable with bed, pillow, towel, cooking ware.... Warm enough during winter time. There are terraces for Bbq, relax,swimming pool which we don't use under weather of 4 degrees :) 3/ Wifi: super good compare to all places that we had been in France. 4/ Host: very kind owner. He prepared Xmas :tree, gift, table clothes,tissue... for us so we could organize a wonderful XMas time with our kids even we aren't at home. 5/ Parking: easy. Just on street near Trash Drop place. 6/ Transportation : you need car when you stay here or you need to walk an hour to main places of restaurant, shops.... Under 30mn walking to the beach road."

"The host Thierry is very nice and helpful. The villa itself is situated wonderfully on Mt Sainte Claire with beautiful views on the sea and the Etang de Thau. For a family holiday, this is the place. The salt water pool is a special treat we enjoyed very much. This is not just any villa, but decorated individually with lots of thought. There is a myriad of seating places for every occasion. Sunsets are beautiful from the main terrace. If high temperature gets to you, in August, bear in mind that there is no AC. You can cool down the villa by opening all windows throughout the evening and night, but you will have to cope with the mosquitos then. Spray, coils and anti bug light will help considerably."

"la maison est grande et très lumineuse. Elle est parfaitement équipée, bien plus qu'attendu. Nous étions 8 et nous étions très à l'aise. Malheureusement le temps n'était pas de notre côté et la maison était un peu fraiche. Je pense que cela doit être un vrai coin de paradis en été avec les différentes terrasses sur la mer et la piscine en contrebas"
