"The location is great — everything is within walking distance. The reception was friendly. The room was neat and included toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. The price might be a bit on the higher side, but considering Nice’s rates overall, it’s quite good 😃 Cozy, clean, and peaceful."

"Checking was clunky. Nobody at the desk and room code was wrong and so couldn’t get in. After a text they sorted it fairly quickly."

"A little different from other hotels: (different)codes always required to enter Hotel and room. As promised by hotel, codes sent to me within 12 hours before arrival. There is still a person on duty at reception. Location very close to Nice Ville central train station, 5-8 minutes walk with a suitcase. Taxi from airport standard 32 Euro cost. Coffee making facilities in room plus good (cold) fridge. Available 2pm check-in earlier than some other hotels, good."

"No lift. I was on second floor so quite a lot of stairs. To be fair, man at reception offered to help take up suitcase (I have grey hair). I managed on my own. Be aware that code for room access expires at 11 am check-out time."

"The noise in the street was a bit too loud but it’s not the property responsibility since the rooms are oriented on the streets and the property is close to the train station"

"What i like most is that it was located close to the train station, a distance walking from the main turist atraction and 15 minutes to the beach."
