"The hospitality of the owner: f.e. she forgot to buy toilet paper and gave us a tin of breton cookies. No tight checkin and checkout times. Well-meant advices about restaurants without being over-directive. Furthermore the size of the living and sleeping rooms was bigger than expected based on the pictures on the website."
"The drainage of the shower was really bad: leading to wet towels and dito wooden elements. The toilet was OK but very small, and the indication 'please do not throw lignettes/wipes ...' is subject to misunderstanding (I found out in a restaurant in Laon that it means like "anything except toilet paper") . Finally the pictures on the website do not value enough the spaciousness of the house."

"What a wonderful change to get off the monotonous highway and discover the enchanting landscape of Burgundy. After about 40 minutes, we arrived in La Neuvelle-lès-Scey, where we received a very warm welcome from our hosts. We immediately felt at home. A lovely place to stay that our son really enjoyed. We sat in the garden, enjoying the sound of the neighbors' voices and the birds chirping on the warm summer evening. It was as if time had stood still. Thank you for this experience!"

"Super clean and comfortable place. Ideally located about 5-10 mins from the A1 highway. Quite newly renovated rooms with luxury bathroom and good beds. We had a family room which meant place for 4 people and a baby (cot provided for free). What we really liked was the shared kitchen, place to eat (allowing us to get some takeaway food), comfortable couch to relax and some toys for the children to play with."
"Brilliant location and due to roadworks very quiet. Easy free parking in the quartier Saint Marc a short distance away; paid parking on the street. Good restaurants nearby. Quirky decor with a collection of clocks (not working) on the walls. Good sized windows and so air could circulate though a fan would have been useful in the very hot weather we experienced."
