"Everything. Perfect location, perfect apartment, perfect host, perfect air conditioning unit (temp adjustable), Nespresso machine in kitchen with capsules, great bathrooms and showers, super quiet even though it's in the heart of the old town. There was nothing to dislike"

"The apartment was absolutely beautiful and we had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect for the beach and the bus stops just on the corner (Place du Suede) which is very convenient for exploring Calais. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay, although we would have liked a washing machine but not having one wasn’t a big deal. There is a supermarket less than 5 minutes away and the patisserie a few minutes walk to the left when leaving the building is a must! Having stayed in a different apartment in this building on a previous visit, I cannot recommend it highly enough for the location and ease of travelling round. The only issue I found here (which is not the fault of the hosts) is there are local cats who use the garden as a toilet. It wasn’t a big deal for us but something to be aware of if staying with young children."

"We arrived late after a long drive. Delphine welcomed us and showed us to our studio. It was perfect for what we needed. We slept so well. It was comfortable, cosy and very quiet. When we left in the morning we purchased fresh eggs from Delphine and her lovely chickens! Thank you 🤗"

The location was excellent — situated in a quiet area, yet within walking distance to everything you might need, including shops, restaurants, and transport.
