"I didn't like that there was an extra cash fee for bedding. It feels like something that should come with the apartment."
"The communication with the owner is easy, friendly and efficient, I needed to postpone my time of check-in twice and there was immediate and helpful reaction. The room is tiny, but light and cosy. I got all the info over the region and places to visit. I prefer to stay in the hotels, but I am very happy about this place."

"L’emplacement est parfait au cœur du centre-ville de Nîmes avec plusieurs restaurants et commerces à côté. Le studio est bien agencé avec une kitchenette bien équipée."
"Le manque d’un clim ou un ventilateur plus puissant. Nous étions dans le studio principalement la nuit pendant 3 jours d’été avec 35°, on peut ouvrir les 2 fenêtres pour aérer mais il y a l’éclairage de rue en face et les éventuels bruits des passants."

"The location was fantastic and Jean Philippe and Caroline were just lovely and very accommodating. Gave us a list of restaurants to visit and ideas of things to do. The decor was lovely and we had tea, coffee, milk, juice, jam and butter. Just needed to buy cereal and bread."

"We spend a few special days at this unique location. The view over the valley is absolutely stunning, peaceful, spacious and surrounded by nature. The apartment (the top floor of the house) is tastefully decorated, cosy, and full of character, definitely not your average holiday rental. The host was very friendly and helpful, and we did enjoy our stay. Especially the peace, the view and the atmosphere. If you are aware of the access and layout, it’s a special place to unwind and experience something different."

"This apartment is in a residential block next to the 'Auberge de la Foret' (closed when we were there). Our hostess gave us instructions over the phone - our entrance was round the back, where a small gate opened onto a small outside area with tables and chairs. The apartment was on 2 levels - the main L-shaped room had a well-equipped kitchen, dining table and bar stools, and a comfortable sofa. Upstairs was a mezzanine with bedroom and en-suite bathroom. With the heating on, it was soon very cosy on a wet autumn evening. The next day we drove to Lake Thorenc (not far). We didn't have time to do the walk in the forest but we spent an enjoyable hour walking around the lake, learning about the river and types of fishing from information boards along the way."
