"Very nice building safe neighbourhood elevator clean"
"No AC Which is hard if is hot"
"Sabrina, the owner, and Maureen, the manager, were extremely nice and helpful. They allowed us to check into the apartment at 10 am which was a lifesaver for us after a long and very early flight and having only slept for 2 hours. The apartment itself was well equipped, with everything you might need. It is located on the fifth floor but there is an elevator which is great. You can park your car for free on the street or, if you can't find a parking spot, there is a parking garage about 50 metres away which costs just under 10 EUR per 24 hours."

"De locatie en de privacy. Het ongestoorde uitzicht vanuit het huisje en zwembad over de bergen."
"This was self catering accommodation & we were able to look after ourselves food wise as & when we wanted. We did not use any cooking facilities as ate salads. The peace & quiet was fabulous & so tranquil. Our hosts were kind, thoughtful, friendly & helpful, helping to cover our bikes from the rain, taking in our towels from the rain too. Our hosts provided bus advice as we did not want to use our car into Avignon. They left a lovely ‘bye bye’ message under our car windscreen wipers when we left. Please note, at bottom of track turn right & walk directly to the main road & traffic lights, no 5 bus will take you directly to Avignon, quite regular during the week, great not to use the car or bikes."

"It was very nice come back. Wonderful holidays, everything was perfect."
"This is a clean, comfortable and cosy apartment located about 6 minutes walk from the centre of Cannes. Plenty restaurants, bars, beach and public transport near by. Car parking availablity was a great bonus becuase of difficulty in finding near by public parking spaces. Overall very satisfying."
