"Location great and appartment was stylish with everything we needed"
"It was confusing where to take the rubbish as we couldn’t find the place that was specified. Also the shower water pressure wasn’t good. Massive shower head but the water comes out in a slow trickle."

"I like everything about this apartments. Host was helpful and responded fast. Apartment itself was very cozy, stylish. We had everything we need for comfort stay and even more. Location is pretty convenient as well, there are plenty of cafes, some groceries, clothing stores etc. near apartments. Honestly, it's always impossible to find such an excellent apartments in Paris for such a low price"

"Malheureusement la fenêtre de l'appartement donne sur la rue de Lappe qui est très bruyante la nuit et au petit matin, quand les gens rentrent chez eux plus ou moins avinés... Il y a une odeur chimique que j'imagine due aux travaux récents et qui devrait disparaître avec le temps."

"Mi è piaciuto tutto! Xavier è stato super gentile, accogliente e premuroso. La casa è esattamente come in foto. C'è tutto il neccessario per una famiglia di 4 persone! Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani inclusi permettono di portare un carico in meno nelle valigie. Il parcheggio privato ci ha permesso di non avere pensieri per l'auto durante il nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima zona: vicina al mare ( ad una bellissima spiaggia) , vicina a tanti mini market, con gli autobus sotto casa che portano al centro di Antibes , e a due minuti a piedi la stazione dei treni. Siamo stati veramente bene !"

"We stayed in this apartment and had a really great experience. From a logistical point of view, it is extremely convenient: the metro station (Michel Bizot) is just 50 meters from the building entrance. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants all nearby—you really have everything you need within walking distance. The apartment itself is well-equipped and very clean. Both the bed and the sofa bed are incredibly comfortable, from the pillows to the mattresses. We were also provided with towels, a hairdryer, and many other amenities—there is absolutely nothing to complain about. We only had a small issue with the key handover, but it was quickly resolved thanks to the efficiency of the support service, which guided us step by step until everything was sorted out. A special thank you to Montaigne and Ron, who were wonderful and made our stay extremely comfortable, making us feel as if we were guests in a friend’s home. We highly recommend this place!"
