"The room is small, but contains everything one could wish for! Impeccably clean, and with a very comfortable bed, a good hot shower and a well-organised kitchenette, it was a pleasure to stay here. The owner was welcoming, helpful and responsive, and also welcomed my dog. The house is situated just outside Saint-James in beautiful countryside. There appears to be plenty of tracks and trails to explore. However, heavy rain means that I will have to return!"

"Nous avons passé un tres agréable sejour chez Le Magnolia. L'appartement est tres bien équipé, rien ne manque. Le matelas est tres confortable. . Nous avons beaucoup6 apprécié la terrasse sous la magnolia qui donne un peu de fraîcheur. Nous avons adoré cette maison en pierre sèche, couleur ocre et ce petit vilage plein de charme. La petite guinguette au bord de l'eau est également un endroit que nous avons bien apprécié. Merci , nous reviendrons certainement"
