"Friendly staff, beautiful view, very nice apparment"

"Fantastic location; easy to reach the owners when required; clean and comfortable apartment."
"N/A. Everything was fine 😊"
"Excellent apartment, very clean, spacious and with direct sea view."
"Aucun."
"Great position on the sea front. Good sized and well presented accommodation. Staff responded quickly to queries."
"Lack of air conditioning, particularly in the back bedroom which got very hot and stuffy. A lot of requirements by the host, such as providing an insurance certificate. We are travelling all over France and have never been asked for this elsewhere. It was difficult to do and caused us stress. Also detailed, intensive cleaning required before we left which was a bit much!"
"Tout ! L’emplacement , le service , le p’tit dej !"

"Nice very comfortable apartment, comfortable living room and bedrooms. Perfectly situated a short 200m walk from the beach."
"Wifi did not work, but that was all."

"Location was fabulous for touring and cycling. Comfortable Gite and lovely hosts."

"Perfect location! Spacious, clean modern apartment in a beautifully old tower-feel building. There are a lot of stairs to get here so be mindful. Didn't bother us though. The host was exceptionally friendly and met us at checkin and checkout which was a nice touch."
Linda Le 3 de Coeur Annecy
"We stayed in a suite which meant lots of room. Madame Cabar was lovely and made us very welcome. We loved the quirkiness of the decor. This all made the 15 minute walk into the centre of Belves worthwhile."
Elaine Le Tambourinet
"Clean , comfortable , quite location, nice easy walk into the city. Everything that you could need in the apartment. Perfect for business trip or tourist, owners were lovely."
Peter Logis le 18 rose

"The location close to the canal St Martin and the flat itself."
"Everything about this place was good. Location, parking, lovely building, friendly staff and comfortable room with great facilities. Good shower, comfortable bed and tea/coffee making facilities in room. We ate dinner there, also very good."
Angela Manoir'Hastings
