"Les hôtes ont été très prévenants (nous voyagions avec enfants) et très accueillants. Le gîte était agréable et bien entretenu. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, nous recommanderons chaudement ce gîte à l'avenir."

"L'accueil était chaleureux, courtois, simple, avec une bonne bouteille de jus de pomme qui nous attendait au réfrigérateur. Le gîte, équipé, tout confort, bien placé en campagne, au calme, pièce de vie très spacieuse, la salle de bains, les chambres également, literie impeccable ; balades possibles autour du gîte et à quelques kilomètres, la forêt remarquable de Bercé, à voir absolument, les arbres centenaires, grandiose. Nous y allions pour passer un week-end en famille, tout était réuni, c'était parfait. Un salut particulier pour M. et Mme PAVARD qui ont été très attentionnés à notre endroit."

"The property was wonderful: quiet, spacious, clean, good shower, comfortable bed, beautiful view from the balcony. Everything was there for cooking and a coffee machine as well. A nice patisserie nearby, beach across the road and a small grocery store 5 mins away. I would highly reccomend the place. Just a note - there is no lift to the second floor."

"The flat is clean, comfortable, quiet. Located close to the railway station and the main street leading to the beach. It was not our first time in Arkashon and we knew in advance where everything we needed for our holiday was located. And it is absolutely incomprehensible how one keys to the flat can also open the room outside on the street where the rubbish is thrown?"
