The location is wonderful, modern, with great facilities. It has access to the private terrace, which in Nice is fabulous. Everything is at its best for a decent price. "Ease of parking, 20 minute walk to the old city. The apartment was very clean albeit quite sanitised. Bed comfortable with nice cotton sheets and the bathroom spacious. We chose an aparthotel because of arriving on a Sunday when eating out in the evening is difficult in France and it served this purpose. Staff welcoming and helpful."
