"Great location. Station, Sanctuary and Town Centre all accessible by foot. Owners of the B&B super friendly and helpful. Lovely family environment. Was really great having breakfast delivered to your room. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot. More than enough storage room for both of us. Townhouse so a nice, spacious room. WiFi was excellent too. Hosts respond quickly to messages. Food available in the evenings too from preorder if you want it. Everything you need for a short stay."

"Room was slightly on the cold side (for us). Better selection of tea & coffee in the room would also have been welcome. Breakfast was overpriced- especially when a second mug of coffee is needed! The price I was presented to pay at the venue was much more than the amount quoted by booking.com. Part was city tax (fair enough) but the rest I presumed was for breakfast (I cannot remember when I booked whether it was stated as included) hence my comment at feeling it was overpriced. But none of these things spoilt our stay."

"I chose a double room. While the overall facilities seemed a bit dated, the room was spacious and clean. The lights, bedding, curtains, and wallpaper had a cute, homey feel, with stickers all over them, making it feel like I was staying at a friend's house in the South of France. The hosts, a man and a woman, were both very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Breakfast was French-style, with baguettes, croissants pain au chocolate, and plenty of butter and jam. Of course, there was also hot coffee! Next time, I definitely want to try dinner! It's relatively close, within walking distance of the station, downtown, and the sanctuary. Overall, it's a great place to stay. If you're looking for a B&B in Lourdes, I highly recommend this place!"

"I'm not familiar with the French lock system, and it was a bit difficult to manually lock the front door when I returned home in the evening because it was dark. However, after a few tries, I was able to open and close it successfully."

"I mostly liked the amazing kindness of the host! They even brought us milk and tea upon arrival since shoes were closed because of a public holiday! The apartment was so clean and everything was found!"

"Located some 20 min. walk from the Sanctuary and 5-10 min of all shops and restaurants; the staff (mother and daughter) didn't speak a lot of English but we managed to communicate and they were kind and very helpful. Complimentary tea in the room, bathroom was good size and very clean. Good wifi."
