"Le logement était tout petit mais bien équipé, très propre et très bien placé. Le studio est en rez de chaussée dans une rue assez bruyante mais l'isolation des fenêtres est très efficace et quand elles sont fermées, on entend vraiment plus du tout les bruits de la rue. Il y a une petite climatisation qui fonctionne très bien et rafraichit l'appartement très rapidement. L'hôte a répondu à nos demandes (nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu) et il a été très arrangeant et disponible. Tout s'est très bien passé."
"Alors j'avais lu dans les avis précédents qu'il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans le studio. En effet, à notre arrivée, cela ne sentait pas bon. Mais je pense que l'odeur vient des évacuations de la rue. Nous avons aéré et c'était très supportable."

"The host was very friendly and helpful. The appartment is beautifully furnished and well-equipped, everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Situated in a charming little village, it is a perfect base for exploring the many local attractions like St.Paul-de-Vence or Nice and the coast. Just one note for travellers with a car: the appartment is located within a small street in the pedestrian zone, therefore parking in front of the building is not possible. However, there are a few small public parking lots within short walking distance. Thank you Sylvie for your hospitality"

"The location was superb : next to the Champs-Elysées' metro station Franklin Roosevelt who provided an easy access to the centre of Paris (Louvre, Halles, Tuileries,...). The Eiffel Tower is visible from the rooms (if you stretch your neck outside the windows a little :-). Overall, very good apartment - calm despite the location and very well equipped."
"We spent 14 nights at Moderne Confort Familial Piscine naturelle in Pézenas and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa is beautifully designed, with generous space both inside and out, offering a real sense of comfort and privacy. Everything felt high-end — from the quality of the furnishings and equipment to the thoughtful layout and attention to detail. There’s a wide range of facilities that made our stay effortless and enjoyable, and the setting was perfect for us: peaceful, well-positioned, and ideal for exploring the area. The outdoor space was especially relaxing, with a lovely natural pool that added to the tranquil atmosphere without dominating the experience. The hosts were exceptional — warm, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. We honestly have nothing negative to say. It’s a place we’d return to in a heartbeat."
