"It’s not that I disliked anything but here’s a few suggestions. Perhaps print a map showing drivers how to find the car park, also I’d suggest providing guests with the number of the parking bays that are closest to the hotel ( the car park is under ground and huge!) I’d also perhaps inform guests in room 1 where we stayed ( a beautiful and large suite ) that the bathroom and toilet are effectively part of the bedroom and not everyone might be comfortable looking at their partner sitting on the loo!"

"Enough soap to operate the washer-dryer for a couple of loads would have been appreciated, as well as more coffee, as visitors to Chartres have no idea where to go for supplies. Otherwise we loved everything!"

"Very clean and well equipped apartment in a central city location, with 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, the Cathedral and the beautiful medieval architecture of the city of Chartres. Staff at the restaurant (who held the key to the flat), were very friendly and helpful."

"The flat had no parking of it's own and the advert was a bit misleading saying it did. Parking was in the "Q Park" was a 2 minute walk away for a 15 Euro cost from 5pm to 10.30am the next day, and possibly could be refunded by Maleyssie restaurant or made clear in the advertising, as it meant unloading by their gates and then driving to find the car park."
