"The rooms seem to have had a welcome refresh since we last stayed. There's a new annexe at the rear providing increased capacity for guests. An unexpected bonus is the new route through the annexe archway into the town. This has significantly reduced the distance and time to walk into town. There's a Lidl right across the road from the hotel and lots of other shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were very good if a little overwhelmed at peak times. The facilities in the hotel and in the room (kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, hob, toaster and kettle with adequate crockery, cutlery and pans for the occupants) are great value for money. Save yourself 14 euros per person and the scrum in the breakfast room by picking up your breakfast at Lidl across the road."

"We were warmly greeted by the delightful hotelier and immediately made to feel very welcome. We were able to get much needed drinks from the Bar, served on a large shady verandah overlooking the Seine River before our dinner. This was offered at the Hotel, in a large and traditionally decorated dining room. The meal exceeded our expectations, with some delicious courses served, at a very reasonable price. The room was very comfortable and more than adequate for an overnight stay. Breakfast was excellent and our hostess was very apologetic about the lack of croissants - it was a public holiday and no fresh ones were available!! Such a lovely lady and a gorgeous, authentically French place to stay ..."

"It was very close to CDG airport. Easy transfer from/back to CDG for my morning flight. The dinner was tasty, but limited selection of two main courses. The buffet breakfast was simple, but available at 6:30am before I left."
