"Our hosts were fantastic and the accommodation was beautiful. We had a wonderful meal and a restful night's sleep. We would 100% recommend this hotel to others and stay again when in the area."

"The location of the B&B is romantic and quiet - in the midst of hills and plains. Breakfast was really good (the croissant was absolutely delicious). You had small portions of everything - savory and sweet. Coffee was excellent. The hosts (Alex and Rick) are incredibly warm and polite. Although i arrived really late in the evening they prepared everything and a-waited. Really kind people - they turned a country house into a pleasant B&B with a very warm feeling."

"It is a bit remote. Google maps made me think it would be easier to access. Not a fault of the property per se - just don't do as I did and arrive late - the road (last 10 km or so) is tricky."

"EVERYTHING was perfect, food, hosts rooms. Enjoyed a drink with the hosts before unloading our luggage which was much appreciated! The guests were all invited, after a superb meal, to a party at the local bistro with which the hosts were involved. Just a wonderful experience all round ."

"The hosts were amazing! We just finished a 140 km bike ride and arrived very exhausted. Rick was kind enough (without us asking for it) to reserve a table for the two of us at a restaurant (also very good). They did an excellent job rebuilding the house and it’s designed very tastefully. If I’ll ever Comeback to Melay I’m going to stay here!"

"Die Gastgeber sind einfach zauberhaft, sympathisch, freundlich, interessiert aber nicht aufdringlich. Gemütliches Ambiente , sehr leckeres Essen alles war toll!!"

"Een ontzettend leuke B&B. Alex en Rick zijn heel gastvrij. We werden ontvangen met een heerlijk welkomstdrankje. De kamer en badkamer waren erg ruim en alles was schoon. Het ontbijt was erg goed en vooral het diner dat ze serveerden was erg lekker met een heerlijk wijntje/biertje. In de omgeving kun je erg mooi wandelen."

"Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gast heren. Kookkunsten waren voortreffelijk en verrassend. Samen met andere gasten elke avond gegeten, dat leidde tot leuke gesprekken. Top dat onze motoren binnen mochten staan. Heerlijk gereden in een mooie omgeving."

"The appartment is in a very good location, almost if not straight in the center. It is a complet flat with two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. All spacious, very nicely renovated, tastefuly and in nice quality furnished and decorated, well equipted. Just like a home. Perfect place to stay."

"This apartment is in a very convenient location, very close to the metro and the train station, as well as shops. I was very happy that the flat was on the ground floor as the stairs are very steep in this building! I found it very well appointed, and I was impressed that they provided necessities such as salt and pepper and coffee pods along with the coffee machine. There was also as a kettle, microwave oven and toaster. The bedroom is an interesting shape, and I found it comfortable."

"It was such a pleasant stay! Clean room, comfortable bed and tea pot/coffee maker was a big plus. The location is a little off the center but we loved walking and it was part of the experience. St Malo is beautiful and the location of the hotel is very safe. We walked in the evenings and felt safe."

"Perhaps the best accomodation we've ever visited. It feit like home. Everything was there, and then some. The view was great, sadly not unobstructed because of the electricity wires. But still it was mindblowing. The bed!!!! It was big and comfortable. Kitchen was super well equiped. Even some extras which you would understand if it wasn't there; it was there. We never saw the owners, but that was perhaps a plus for us. They informed us well enough. Often there is a language barrier in France, this time it went smoothly. It was just great. Great surroundings, great neighbourhood. There was a big public field 100 meters down the road. Our dog loved it."

"Très bon espace pour 10 personnes, on ne se marche pas dessus. Il y a 2 salles d'eau et 2 toilettes largement appréciable. Grand espace de vie avec 3 canapés et un billard qui a ravi toute la famille. L'extérieur est également top avec sur le devant de la maison, un bon espace avec table de ping-pong et petit canapé. Puis le jardin à l'arrière avec grande table à manger, plancha, chaises longues et jacuzzi. La maison se situe dans une petite rue calme. Notre hôte Clément était super sympa et de très bon conseil."
