"Great location, 5 minutes walk over the bridge to the city. Very comfortable apartment. Spacious. Host met us on arrival and explained everything, they live downstairs."
"Was not a problem for us but the stairs up to the apartment is steep so may be an issue for someone with reduced mobility."

"The apartment was superb, two large bedrooms, a full kitchen and lounge and plenty of space. It was located a very short walk (5mins) to the old town and the cathedral, and the Wednesday/Saturday markets in Place de La Clautre and Place Coderc. Thierry our host was very helpful."
"There are only about 3 car parking spaces in the street near the building and we never saw them empty. In any event these are limited to 1h30m stays between 9-19h. We had quite a bit of luggage by this point in our trip so had to park in an adjoining street and make 2 trips. There is also free parking about 100m away in Place Faidherbe."
"The house was located very close to the city center, in a quiet street. It was very bright and cozy. It was fully equipped with all we needed to have a pleasant stay. Thierry was charming and accommodating. We have a nice memories of our stay in the house. 100% recommendable."

"Well equipped kitchen, a pleasant stroll from the historic downtown centre of Perigueux. The bed was very comfortable, and Thierry, our host was extremely helpful and charming. Most importantly, there is an excellent bakery right around the corner. Cuisine bien équipée, à quelques pas du centre historique de Périgueux. Le lit était très confortable et Thierry, notre hôte, était extrêmement serviable et charmant. Et en plus, il y a une excellente boulangerie juste au coin de la rue."
