"Everything. Spotlessly clean; welcoming hosts who were EXTREMELY patient with my stuttering attempts at French - merci pour votre encouragement ! Lovely breakfast. We asked to stay for a second night but unfortunately - not surprisingly - the accommodation was booked up. Definitely on the « would return » list."

"Really convenient for our onward and exploratory travels. We were heading for Rennes via Angers, but took Catherine’s recommendation to visit Chateau Brissac-Quincé."

"I would have liked to wash the plates from our lovely evening meal prepared by our hosts, but there was no sink in our room so I had to donate our used plates to Catherine before breakfast! A very minor point. Honestly, the room and its location was all we could have wished for."

"Whilst located out of the town, I loved the country setting and the lovely large garden-very peaceful, private and relaxing! Storage for my bike or a car was available, and lots of seating outside in the garden. Breakfast was lovely, as was my cuddles with Uline-their 9month old dog-kept inside the owners home, but I was allowed to say hello. Owners very friendly."

"Great hosts and very kind. Wonderful home cooked meals for dinner and breakfast. They even offered to drive me to the train station which I did not expect."

"Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und eingeführt. Zum Frühstück gab es selbstgemachte Brötchen und selbstgemachter Joghurt, klasse! Außerdem konnten wir die aussenküche nutzen - alles in allem wunderbar!"
